Submitting your images
& project details
Within 1 business day after purchase, we send instructions to the email address associated with your order for submitting the images and project information required for your selected service.
- Order number and business name
- Customer-supplied images within the purchased image limit
- Project requirements and requested image organization
- Proofing and image-selection requirements
- Client-presentation goals and relevant project context
- Authorized customer contact
Please follow the submission instructions sent for your order. Use the contact form for questions; image submission is arranged separately after purchase.
You retain ownership of your submitted images and are responsible for having the rights to submit them. Images are used only to perform the purchased service.
The delivery timeframe stated on your selected service begins after successful payment and receipt of all required images and project information. Completed customized service results are delivered electronically.
