Submission & Delivery
Within 1 business day after purchase, submission instructions will be sent to the email associated with your order. Delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of all required images and project information. Completed customized results are delivered electronically.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be requested within 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days and should appear within 5–10 business days after processing. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
