Submission & Delivery
Submission instructions are provided by email within 1 business day after purchase. The delivery timeframe starts once payment and all required images and project information have been received. Results are provided electronically.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be requested within 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days and should appear on the cardholder’s account within 5–10 business days after processing.
