Submission & Delivery
Within 1 business day after purchase, we send instructions for providing the required images and project information. Delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of all required materials. Completed customized results are delivered electronically.
Refunds & Cancellations
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service. Access, review, or use of the completed results does not by itself remove refund eligibility during that period.
