Submission & Delivery
We send image and project submission instructions within 1 business day after purchase. Delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of all information reasonably required to complete the service. Customized results are delivered electronically.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be requested within 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service, including after work has started or been completed. Cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
