Submission & Delivery
Submission instructions are emailed within 1 business day after purchase. The delivery timeframe begins after successful payment and receipt of all required images and project details. Customized service results are delivered electronically.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be requested within 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service, including after the results have been reviewed or used. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days and should appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
